Tay is an Occupational Therapist with a Masters degree from Tufts University and Bachelor’s from Tufts in Anthropology with a focus on Sex, Gender and Culture. Tay has a graduate certificate from George Washington in LGTB+ Health Policy and Practice and serves as a MA State Delegate for the American Occupational Therapy Association.
